نحن في سوق العناية نسعى دائمًا لضمان رضاك عن مشترياتك. إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن عملية الشراء الخاصة بك، يمكنك إرجاع المنتج غير المستخدم خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام.

Return & Refund Policy
At Care sooq , we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return any unused item within 24 hours of receipt.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a full refund excluding shipping fees, as the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Items purchased under discounts or promotions are not eligible for return.

Products bought through third-party distributors or retail partners cannot be returned to us. Returns are only valid for purchases made directly from Care Souq.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Otherwise, a refund may not be granted.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

Refunds cannot be issued without the actual receipt of the returned items or valid proof of delivery.

While we aim to accept all returns, if an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All returned products are inspected upon arrival.
